Yay! Fell in love with the dessert Shaved Snow on Big Island and now I live on Kauai but there is nowhere that has it. I’m on a mini vacation on Oahu and drove a half hour to Snow Factory. Did not disappoint! It was perfect. I got the Nutella one. This dessert is my all time favorite. Skip the shaved ice & try the shaved snow!

The vibes are immaculate with this Snow bro! They got the islands jams going and the shaved ice cream is like butter shards that melt in your mouth! Great variation in flavors too! I went with the Mango with condensed milk and passion pop. My girl got the pineapple coconut it was good too. A very nice refreshing treat for the island weather. Matsumoto, who?! This is way better!!!

For me it is one of the best ice creams on Oahu, i highly recommend it. Personally my favorite favor is taro, the man who serves is very kind and respectful. The ice cream is delivered to you after a few minutes, everything in this food truck is excellent.

Trying to write this review was hard because Google wouldn't pull it up via "shaved ice" search terms. Had to search ice cream..... Anyway, really good shaved ice for decent prices and friendly customer service. I got tarro shaved ice with mochi balls and chocolate sauce, my daughter had cookie dough with mochi balls and hubby had peanut butter with condensed milk, chocolate sauce, mochi balls. All so delicious and was jealous of my husband peanut butter one but I think if i would've added condensed milk to mine I would've liked it better only because I like tarro flavor better.

Very cool shaved ice cream! Totally different experience, it taste like ice cream but is light and fluffy, powdery, melts in your mouth. Definitely worth a try!

We have searched far and wide for a comparable product but we always have to return to da island for the original. Praying they are open during this trip to the Northshore. Da best!

Good spot for some shaved ice cream. This time got the lychee one and it comes with bobas on time. Quite refreshing.

We were eating at Giovanni's and stopped at Snow Factory for dessert. It was amazing! I had regular shaved ice. No extras. The flavors were great and the texture of the ice was perfect, if that makes sense. The syrup penetrated all the way through the ice, and the ice did not turn into a solid rock, two problems I've seen at other places. Later in the day, we want by Matsumoto shaved ice because it has such high reviews. All I can say is Snow Factory is 100 times better. Then and there I decided to make sure to leave Snow Factory a 5 star review! You will not be disappointed!
